Dream54 keeps putter square and stroke on straight line - click for more images
For those of you who want to keep your blade square, and also keep your putter on a perfect straight line during the putting stroke, here’s an aid which may help.
Dream54 Putting Aid
Industrial Putting Technology is the maker of the Dream54 putting aid. This aid features two bars which attach to two different stand options. The first option sits on top of the ground or your floor in your house. The 2nd stand option is a set of spikes which you can put into the putting green to mount the unit for practice on a real surface.
A guide unit mounts onto any putter with the main wing sliding between the rails. Once setup, about a minute or two, you can work on the “straight back and straight thought” stroke and also keeping the putter face square.
Once again, due to snow I can’t get out on the course today. The next time I do hit the links, I plan on taking my first test drive with the new Bushnell “neo” (yes, all lower case) pocket golf GPS.

This thing is smaller than my Canon camera, which I always carry with me in my pocket. The rounded corners are nice when it is in the pocket. The unit comes with a belt mount too.
The unit does NOT require a subscription or fee to use either, which is nice.
If I had the job of reinventing the wheel, there’s one guy on this planet I’d hire to do the gig. That would be Jeremiah from Frogger Golf. Jeremiah seems to know what it takes to make an every day product better, and has the guts to go and and make the darn thing. After all, Frogger didn’t invent the club brush, but their BrushPro is the best. They didn’t invent the golf towel, but their Amphibian Towel is the best…
Frogger HOP! Green Repair Tool
So why not reinvent the most used gadget in golf, or at least what should be the most used, the green repair tool?

How does Frogger
reinvent the wheel make a green repair tool better?
I doubt they’d let me on an airplane with this thing. The latest divot tool I have in play is the Tattoo Golf Switch Blade.
This is not a light piece. The unit is thick and made of stainless steel. So if you want a wimpy little thin divot tool in your pocket, perhaps this one isn’t for you. But if you like a solid, well built product then read on.
When the switch blade is concealed, the tool is about two inches long and about 3/4 wide. Pressing the button you can see left of the skull in the image below releases the thick and strong blade which is great for fixing all the ball marks you can find, like I do.
During Masters week next week my pals at Nike are releasing “Masters Green” limited editions of the Lunar Control golf shoe and also the new 20XI golf balls. Check them out below.
