How cool is this? Below is a photo of the new Hooked On Golf Blog headcovers, made by Ecktron Performance.
Ecktron Performance makes custom head covers and score card wallets, embroidered with custom text or logos. I’ve got a putter cover, driver cover and scorecard wallet I’m reviewing now. Stay tuned for my full review. Until then click the image above or the image below to enjoy more shots of these fantastic golf accessories.
Believe it or not, I have not spent any time on Golf.com’s website. No particular reason, just haven’t. So today I decided to poke around and see what’s up there. I clicked on their menu link for “PGA Tour Confidential” and this is what came up:
Those folks at Golf.com have quite a sense of humor!
Looking for a great golf Christmas gift? Check out the 3UP golf ball bag, in Christmas red. It is like a little Santa gift bag full of goodies a golfer will really love. Those goodies are 12 high performance golf balls, as good as a ProV1 or any other more expensive name brand ball.
Wondering about the performance of this golf ball? Check out the Hooked On Golf Blog 3UP golf ball review.

My friends at Tattoo Golf have done it again. They’ve delivered a very sharp looking, stylish, high quality golf polo in the “Clubhouse Collection.” The Clubhouse Collection has one unique feature I really dig, a bad ass skull. As you can tell from the Hooked On Golf Blog logo, golf and skulls are a great combination in my book. Though the skull is a great feature, this polo has much more to offer. Lets take a closer look at Tattoo Golf’s Clubhouse Collection.
Clubhouse Collection Overview
The $59 (retail) Clubhouse polo features a 100% woven polyester fabric which is silky smooth and comfortable. Being a poly means that this garment is very easy to care for, needing not much more than a machine wash and little to no ironing. And since it isn’t cotton, it won’t shrink.
The fabric is also very breathable, keeping the player cool under the collar (at least physically).
Speaking of cool, this is a very classy design which is bold yet simple.
Even without the subtle skull with cross clubs featured on the upper left side of the chest this shirt is fantastic. With the skull? Killer.
The polo also features side venting which comes in handy on very warm days.
Sizes/Colors
The Clubhouse Collection polo comes in sizes from small to XXXL.
Colors available are black (pictured) and white.
On The Course
The comfort and fit of this polo is fantastic. The fabric is extremely smooth and soft on the skin.
The looks are rocking yet classy enough to wear to the country club. At the country club the subtle skull gets some double-takes from some of the stuffy old cronies. Just what I like.
Performance wise the polo’s great fit doesn’t inhibit the swing in any fashion. Crush drives freely.
Conclusion
Tattoo Golf’s Clubhouse Collection is one of my favorite polos for 2013. The polo scores perfectly on the three primary requirements I have for a golf shirt: performance, comfort and style.
