When I started this blog in 2004 there were only 3-4 other golf blogs. Top five baby. I’ve been at it for well over a decade. Nowadays there are more golf blogs than John Daly has ex-wives. The key to this blog’s amazing success is to separate itself from the other golf blogs; deliver an informative, entertaining, and unique product.  One of the most unique and entertaining categories I love to write here is “Random Stuff You Find on the Golf Course.”  This can be anything from soiled underwear to toothbrushes to porno videos.  Let’s look at today’s feature:

While playing yesterday I found this tree between the 17th green and 18th fairway of one of the more, um “blue collar” courses here in town.  The tree looked a wee bit odd from a distance. Upon further examination I discovered there was a snow shovel lodged in the tree.  Yes, a tree in the middle of a golf course with a snow shovel in it.

This concludes today’s episode of Random Stuff You Find on the Golf Course.
