I guess I’m not done Michelle Wie bashing for the day. Gotta get my fill in before Christmas I suppose..
Browsing some golf forums I saw the title “Michelle Wie The Making Of A Champion” and I had to dig into the thread. I saw this image and thought someone had photoshopped a phony book cover and was making a joke about this book. So I Googled it and I was just about falling out of my chair when I found that this book was on sale at Amazon.com.
Here’s a quote from the book description: “This biography will be a great read for anyone interested in the life of their favorite role model—and for readers everywhere looking for the full story behind a legend in the making.”

I’ve added a new category link here at Hooked On Golf Blog: Tiger Woods. Someone give me grief about this please. Yes the media’s golf coverage is way to “Tigery” but since so many people hit this site and search for Tiger stuff I thought I’d save ’em the trouble.

Tiger Woods not committing to Mercedes Championship
Despite all the FedEx Cup hoopla, Tiger has not committed to playing in the PGA Tour’s season opener, The Mercedes. When asked at the Target World Challenge last week Tiger jokingly said he’d play in every tournament in 2007. That would be OK with me.
I think the real reason he’s probably going to bail on the Mercedes is he knows he has NO chance of winning. In fact nobody other than Stuart Appleby has a chance. They should just give Appleby the check and the trophy right now and forget playing the tournament.
Michelle Wie is going to Stanford…like
Someone please tell Michelle Wie or her management that she is NOT the next Tiger Woods. Michelle is following in Tiger’s footsteps, or at least attempting to by going to Stanford.
Wie: “…it was one of my dreams, and I want to go through with it. I definitely want to go there and really try to graduate.”
I like wonder like if like she’ll like really like graduate like? Like I like wonder like if she like will like type like the like word like “like” in like her like class like assignments like?
