Mornings are quite painful for me these days. After the initial pain of looking in the mirror wears off, I notice some back stiffness as well.

Reliefor

Lately I’ve been hitting the back and the golfer’s elbow with Reliefor.  Reliefor is a topical ointment which provides temporary relief from arthritis, muscle strains, bruises, sprains, aches, joint discomfort.

Ingredients

Reliefor utilizes five ingredients to help reduce or relieve minor aches and pains: menthol, aloe, Boswellia, vitamin E, MSM (methylsulfonylmethane).

Menthol: analgesic, pain reliving properties.

Aloe: natural skin-soothing agent.

Boswellia: an herbal extract which helps reduce swelling.

Vitamin E: protects cells against damage.

Methylsulfonylmethane: (the longest word ever written on this golf blog) a remedy for chronic pain, like arthritis.

On and Off The Course

I need all the help I can get, especially with the bad back.  This topical cream can help take the edge of some of the aches and pains I experience on the course or at the computer writing awesome blog posts.

One great feature for the golf game is that this topical analgesic dries and does not leave the hands or the treatment area greasy or slippery.  Nothing worse than treating your back with some pain relieving gel, then having your $500 driver slip out of your hands and knock the windshield of a car in the parking lot.  Naturally the only Bentley in town…

Conclusion

While Reliefor can’t relieve me of the pain of looking in the mirror every morning, it can help loosen up the aches and pains that can make golf even more difficult.

This winter has been killing me with regards to getting to product reviews. The courses are closed, buried in as much as couple of feet of snow. The high temperature for about the last month has been below freezing. Spring can’t come soon enough.

Last month I received an amazing promotional box from Bridgestone Golf. I knew no matter what was inside I’d dig it. As it turns out inside was a sample of each of their new B330 golf ball series, the B330, B330-S, B330RX, and B330RX-S. I would have posted these pics earlier, but there was an “embargo” on. That meant I had to wait for a certain date.

During the waiting the box became buried in a bunch of other products which came in for review. I finally got the chance to open it up today and take some pictures.

I do plan to review all of these balls after the snow melts. I’ll need to get my hands on more than one sleeve of each model though. I could lose a sleeve on the first hole of my home course, before I even get off the tee box.

I need more putters… so I can put all of these grips on them! I just got a batch of samples in from TourMark.  These are the exact type of feel I love, tacky and with some softness to them.  Check them out:

There’s a Scotland themed one too. I neeeeeed that one. I hope to test some of these when the snow melts this spring. I may give a few out to some pals to test too. I can’t change putter grips that often. As much as I want to try them all I don’t want to muck the one part of my game up that is good, my putting.

I’m a little unhappy about something I just found out. A Hooked On Golf Blog Facebook follower sent me a note a few days ago letting me know he was having trouble getting through to me on the site’s contact form at https://www.hookedongolfblog.com/contact. It appears that at some point a server/site update broke the contact form. I’m not sure just how long the contact form has been broken.

In the few days since I fixed the contact form I’ve gotten quite a stunning number of messages from people I’m very happy to hear from, both new and old. There’s no telling how long the form was broken and how many people got frustrated and gave up trying to contact me. For that I apologize.

If you tried to send me a note previously and couldn’t, now you should be able to.

I look forward to hearing from you.

Robot Makes Hole-In-One – No Word on His Bar Tab

In my club the maker of the ace buys everyone drinks. Did the robot come through on his obligation? And what about the people high-fiving? That’s odd.
