Better delete all those old episodes of Dr. Phil and Oprah so you can free up some Tivo space to record the Ryder Cup.

Did someone trip on the server’s power cable over at the golf blog?

What’s up with our fellow golf bloggers at The Golf Blog? They’ve had “server not found” there for several days and now it’s a “coming soon” splash page.

Are they finally getting rid of that stock blogger template and doing a site redesign or did someone trip over the server’s power cable? Or, Heaven forbid, did they get hacked?

PGA.com Ryder Cup Challenge

Speaking of fantasy golf, I know this is short notice since the Ryder Cup starts in a couple of days…

PGA.com (aka the mother ship, the big boys, the Goliath of golf sites) has a fantasy golf league set up for the Ryder Cup. Yeah I know all you cheapskate blog readers may not want to pony up the $9.95 it takes to play but hey you’ll be MAKING money. How can you make money you ask? Well if you sign up, you actually get a $10 gift certificate to the PGA.com store. So for you math majors out there, you just made a cool one nickel profit!

You could take your $10 credit and pick up this cool Ryder Glass (I mean, cup glass…oh never mind) for another $3.95.

If you win the Challenge you’ll win a Ryder Cup prize package from the PGA.com Store. This will include Ryder Cup memorabilia such as a Pin Flag, Hat, Shirt, Golf Towel, Golf Balls, Divot Tool and Ball Market Set., at an approximate market value (“AMV”) of Four Hundred Dollars ($400).
