mastersWow is it heating up now.  The leaderboard is bunching up with a lot of players within a 2-3 shots.

Rory McIlroy is still at -10 after 7.

Jason Day is -1 on the “Day” and one back.

Adam Scott, long obnoxious putter in hand, is making the biggest run of the day.  He’s -6 on the day through 17 holes for a total of -8.

K.J. Choi is solid, just made birdie on #9.  Also 2 back at -8.  He’s playing with Tiger.

Tiger Woods (now putting for birdie on #9) is +1 on the day.  He has missed a couple of birdies by no more than a total of one inch.  The putt on nine… is….  lost right.  Tiger’s front nine +1.  But the back is where TW usually plays the best.

Bubba Watson had a great 67 today and put himself within 5 shots at -5.

Very happy to see Angel Cabrera coming on strong.  He is -4 on the day and three back of the lead.

Sorry to say that Phil Mickelson is likely too far back at -3 through 16 holes.

Sergio Garcia’s bad putting is looking like it has come out of hibernation.  He’s losing shots, +1 on the day.
