Cleveland Golf has announced some new clubs, right before the PGA Show next week. I’ll hopefully be seeing these babies first hand next week and reporting back on them.
Hi-Bore Irons
First are the new Hi-Bore Irons. These irons “give players of all abilities the benefits of hybrid clubs combined with the versatility and accuracy of traditional irons.”
The Hi-Bore irons are the “most forgiving and longest irons Cleveland has ever made.”
588 RS Wedge
Next are the new 588 RS wedges. The 588 wedge is “designed specifically for players who struggle escaping from bunkers.” The Cleveland 588 has a deep cavity back for absorbing vibration. It also has a large recovery sole and low center of gravity for producing high, soft shots out of all types of lies.
There’s no info on these clubs yet on the Cleveland web site. But there should be soon. (Yes, you get the scoops here folks!)

TDS: The Daily Shag - Comeback Edition!
It’s been a while since I posted regularly in the last few months, what with a new day job and our first little one on the way (any day hour now), it’s been tough to get into the posting zone….
