This is getting really old and painful. The back has gone out three times in the last two months and I’m usually down for about a week. I’ve been in some pretty serious pain since last Wednesday. Putting my shoes on or picking up the soap off the shower floor are just not an option.
I’m a bit worried because the last two times my back problems have “felt” different. Rather than muscle spasms, the last two times the muscles start getting tighter and tighter like a marching band snare drum. There isn’t a comfortable position I can get in either, not even sleeping. I hope my scoliosis isn’t getting worse.
The last two times the back went out I played golf and/or hit balls five days in a row. I guess that’s taking it too far with the back. I need to cut it down to 3-4 days max I suppose and let it rest a day or two in between.
