1st round with the TM TP Black ball

I played yesterday in a pretty harsh wind. I bogeyed two easy downwind par 5’s but still carded a 74.

I played the round with the new TaylorMade TP Black golf ball. Unfortunately on #5 I lost one…

First impressions are this ball feels the same as the Red. It’s the longer of the two but doesn’t feel hard like the V1x does. It feels soft and travels a mile.

The best feel however is when you strike it well with the irons. It’s butter.

I’ll have a full review coming soon, but so far TM’s has got two winners in my book with the Red and Black TP balls.
