I had a meeting yesterday with my fellow board members for the upcoming 2007 league season at my home club. There’s snow on the ground now and the course is closed, but we’re planning our 2007 men’s schedule.
When I got there a back window in the building had been busted out near the foyer. The dummy didn’t break through the pro shop windows. The pro shop was guarded from the foyer by a retractable steel curtain. The dummy couldn’t get to the golf gear so he then ransacked the cafe. He broke into the cafe’s cash register and took the $5 bill which was in there. What kind of cafe which is closed for the winter would leave a bunch of cashola in the till? He then took off running down the street and was captured by the cops.
Who says crime doesn’t pay? He now has free room and board for a while…
