A quick check-in.  I’m just out the door to head up to the “world’s most difficult golf course” Carnoustie.  Over under on my score as a 3.1 handicap?

In the mean time, here’s a picture of the Old Course at St. Andrews I shot last night at close to sunset.  Beautiful.

Today is America’s birthday.  I’m celebrating this great day by playing a round of golf at Kingsbarns in Scotland!  Yeah, it doesn’t make any sense…  Happy birthday USA!

Good morning from St. Andrews!  Not much time to write anything because my buddies and I are golfing as much as possible!  Played the Castle Course and New Course (1895) yesterday.  Looking forward to playing the Fairmont Torrance Course and the Old Course today!

Lots of rain on day two. Yes my apparel does not match. View of St. Andrews in background from the Castle Course.

Check back soon!

I’m SO tired.  I’ve gone the last 30 hours with one weak hour of sleep on the plane from Philly to Scotland.  We arrived in Glasgow this morning at 8:00 a.m. and managed to get a two-ball on the Old Course with me and my best bud Al at 12:40. My game was not good and I struggled in the 3-club wind.  Still it was fantastic.  Great to be back “home” in the Home of Golf.
