24 hours from now I'll be here...

In my quest to find the most reasonable airfare to Atlanta from HOG World Headquarters in Salt Lake City, Utah, I found an odd airport to fly out of.  I’m now sitting in the “Provo” airport.  Those who know me know that this isn’t my favorite place. In fact I’m surprised that the earth hasn’t blown up yet with me being here. Me being in Provo is sort of like when they mix matter and anti-matter in Star Trek and the universe explodes.  I saved $200 on the overall ticket to Atlanta and on a blogger budget that’s a big deal.

So yes, Provo has an airport and apparently the only airline here is Frontier.  My flight takes off in about an hour to Denver.  Frontier’s only flight from Provo is to/from Denver.  I’ll be laying over in Denver for an hour or two, then flying to Atlanta.  I’ll go from my least favorite place in the world (Provo) to one of my favorite places in the world (Augusta National).

Tomorrow I’ll be attending the Monday Masters practice round.  I’m greatly looking forward to walking the grounds of Augusta National once again, eating Masters Moon Pies and chomping down pimento cheese “sammiches.”  I’ll also be attending the Tuesday practice round.

I’ll check in again from Denver if I can.  Be sure to follow my Twitter feeds for Hooked On Golf Blog and The Golf Space as I’ll be posting quick comments and updates throughout this HOG World Tour adventure.
