We all know Augusta National Golf Club, home of the Masters Tournament, is a beautiful golf course.  We’ve seen it thousands of times on TV and in many online photo galleries.  I have a million pictures of the place, having been there a few times now.  Below are some photos of Augusta National which show some less common angles, viewpoints, and interesting things in hopes that you’ll see a different perspective…because that’s how I roll.

Here’s a view from behind the par-5 15th green, as seen from the left side of the par-3 16th:

And here’s a view looking back the exact opposite direction, from the 15th green toward the lake on 16:

Here’s the tough par-4 10th tee.  You can’t see much of the fairway because of the HUGE dropoff:

Here’s the long par-3 4th hole, from way behind the tee in the trees:

One of my favorites is looking back at the par-5 13th tee and 12th green from the right side of the 13th fairway:

Did you know you can see the par-3 16th green from the par-3 6th tee?  Below:

You never see this view of the 17th green on TV:

106 yards from the pin on the tough par-4 11th hole, right side of fairway.  Dig the hills:

Here’s the first green.  Don’t miss it, ANYWHERE.  Note the Donald Ross-style upside down soup bowl shape of the green:

Below in the foreground is the first green.  From there you can see the 8th green and 3rd hole as well:
