Near Ace Today

Here’s the setting:
I’m on the 9th tee and my pal/opponent is four down. He presses. Then I nearly hole out my shot from about 180 on this tough par three.
Press won. I sure could have used my 2nd hole in one. It would have been fun collecting my bets and then buying my pals some beer. Maybe next time.
Hacker. Couldn’t manage another six inches?
Actually it was 6 inches too long.
