Tiger Woods just had some Lasik surgery done. He felt his vision slipping. He also had Lasik surgery back in 1999.

Tiger’s driving issues explained?

I wonder if he had an astigmatism which was causing him to think the fairway was 30 yards right of where it really was? :-)
