Thanks to google!

I’ve managed to get the final missing chunks of the site back by using google! I found a cached version of the main page by simply typing in “golf blog” into google. Instead of clicking the link, I clicked on the word “cached” and voila! There’s my page from about a week or two ago! I just copied the source code and WOOOO! All is back and working. I wish I would have thought of that earlier and I’d have saved a ton of time. You don’t realize how many times you tweak a site like this in between backups 
Whew. That ordeal is finally over.
Phew, congrats. I know by own experience what you just went through….
wow…thats brilliant using google cache to get your site back up and running.
And google doesn’t even charge me for doing regular backups!
