Thanks to the iPad Masters application, I’ve managed not to miss any of the Masters.

I’ve placed the iPad outside the shower window.  Between lathers I watch shots.

mastersI’m tuned into the live video streams on my iPad and desktop machines watching the Masters. But I could have sworn I was watching the Bob Hope Desert Classic. Scores are continuing to be very low, lots of red numbers on the leader board.

K.J. Choi is currently in the lead at -8 after six holes. Y.E. Yang and Ricky Barnes are at -6 (through 10 and 8 respectively).

Masters Thursday Live Blog – Final Thoughts

mastersThe day’s play is over for the Thursday edition of the 2011 Masters.  What a day it was.  The theme of the day is low scoring with an emphasis on international players. Only 8 out of the top 23 (up to T14) players are from the USA.

Masters Thursday Live Blog – 4:00pm ET

mastersWhat a day so far.  Rory McIlroy dropped a 65 on Augusta National, and didn’t get as much out of that round as he could have.  With better putting he could have posted a low 60’s round.

Phil Mickelson started out with 7 pars in a row and birdied #8, sitting at -1 on #9 tee.  Despite previous announcements, Phil did NOT go with two drivers.
