Ryo Ishikawa Accepts Special Temporary PGA Tour Membership

Ryo Ishikawa20 year old Ryo Ishikawa from Japan has accepted a Special Temporary Membership for the rest of the 2012 PGA Tour Season.

He is now eligible to receive unlimited sponsor exemptions through the rest of the year. He was previously limited to seven.

If Ryo is able to finish in the top 125 of the money list at the end of this year (including WGC events), he can become a full fledged PGA Tour member for 2013.

    Is this the same guy that gave up his winnings last year for the victims of the Japan quake and floods? If so, he should be getting automatic entry into all tournaments…
