mastersThe leaderboard is shaping up, the last few groups are winding down the back nine.

Rory McIlroy (-10) followed up yesterday’s 65 with a very solid 69, keeping his two shot lead.

Jason Day shot the round of the tournament so far, a 64 in Rory McIlroy’s group.  That vaulted him to -8 and only two shots behind McIlroy.

K.J. Choi followed up yesterdays 67 with a 2 under 70 and currently sits in 3rd place.

Tiger Woods is charging today.  Quite something to see.  He started out slow, but is now at -5 after 15 holes, T4 with Quiros and Ogilvy.  He just stuffed one in close on the par-3 16th and has a great birdie opportunity.

Alvaro Quiros as mentioned above is T4 with a +1 round of 73 to follow up yesterday’s 65.  He reached his primary goal, making the cut.

Lee Westwood has found a rhythm and is -5 on today’s round through 17.

Phil Mickelson followed up yesterday’s “ok” round with one even more mediocre.  His even par 72 score put more distance between he and the leaders, nine shots back.
