The Tiger Woods media frenzy is about to begin

The Northern Trust has ended and Phil Mickelson is the winner. That’s golf news for about 42 seconds.
Get ready for more TIger Woods than you can imagine. The Golf Channel (TGC, Tiger Golf Channel, Tiger is God Channel…) and all other golf media outlets are surely about to go into complete Tiger Woods media freak out mode.
Personally, I may just refrain from accessing any TW media until the match play starts this Wednesday…
From what I hear it’s not just Golf Media that’s hyper-ventilating, but conventional media as well. Networks like CNN are going to have live reports from Tiger’s return.
Keith Olbermann is going to wear a polo shirt (probably with a Yankees logo on it) and plus fours. Rush Limbaugh is going to sport some of the latest items out of Geoff Ogilvy’s collection. Chris Matthews is going to yell a lot, but hopefully not in anyone’s backswing. Bill-O The Clown is going to theorize about Tiger Woods being part of Barack Obama’s liberal conspiracy.
It’s going to be a complete three-ring circus.
