My pal Michael Strahan retires from the NFL

Tony Korologos & Michael StrahanWhile in Palm Springs live blogcasting from the Team Challenge (airing on Fox Sports Net soon), my new pal Michael Strahan announced his retirement from the NFL.  What a way to go out, with a Super Bowl win against the previously undefeated New England Patriots and what appears to be good health.

Can’t blame him

I don’t blame Michael for retiring now.  He’s healthy and has lots of dough in the bank.  That’s great.  But if you saw his lady, you’d really understand why he needed more time.  Holy smokes!
