I’m moving to a condo about 300 yards down the street from my soon to be former house. The condo is bigger and nicer inside and I won’t have to shovel any more snow or do the lawn. I’d much rather spend my time doing other things, if you know what I mean. 
Yes I’ll no longer be 54 yards from the first tee but I’ll still be walking distance to the course.
