The major governing authorities of golf have all agreed and signed off on the new golf doping policies and testing will likely begin in the spring. Details such as how testing will be done and what penalties will be handed out should someone fail a test are yet to be hammered out.

My main thought is a great quote Paul Azinger keeps saying: “Performance enhancing drugs can’t help a golfer make a four foot putt.”

    My only concern regarding performance-enhancing drugs in golf would be those that have a calming effect such as certain drugs used for various psychological disorders.
