
I’m pleased to announce my back spasms have finally stopped. The muscles finally gave up after just wearing themselves out. I’m no longer bent at a 45 degree angle to the right. I no longer feel like someone is jabbing an electrified ice pick into my lower spine.
I’m happy but sore. I should be able to hit the course in the next day or two. I can once again appreciate the small things in life like putting socks on, walking, pushing on the gas pedal in the car…
