I’m trying to get into a vertical position to write some blog posts. The back is killing me, despite a therapeutic deep tissue massage I got last night. The muscle spasms usually take about 4-5 days to release, then I’m mobile but sore for a few days…
I can still picture that eagle putt I had when my back went out. Was I going to make it and go to -3 or 2-putt to go -2? Argh..

I feel your pain man. Nothing worse than the discs. The first time it happend to me in 1998 and I had to lay down in a rainy puddle in front of a bunch of Boston College girls. Not very cool. Not cool at all. When the spasams start you just start thinking about how you can get to the ground.
