Remember those Nike Golf ads with Frank (Tiger Woods’ head cover) where a bunch of players were sneaking around in Tiger’s garage? They were checking out Tiger’s Nike driver. “Mo money Sabbatini, mo money.” I always loved that ad.
Now Sabbatini is in the final group with Tiger at the Wachovia. He’s moved from Tiger’s garage to the final group with him. Anyone with a brain would favor Tiger in that pairing but Sabbatini is so cocky he just might think he can beat Tiger. That may be good enough for him to not bow down to Mr. Woods.
Grouchy has a good piece on a lucky cat who was the third player in the practice round with Tiger Woods and Michael Jordan. I guess my invitation got lost in the mail.

I think that Rory Sabbatini has bitten off more than he can chew with his comments of late. Tiger Woods won more golf tournaments on the PGA tour by the time he was 21 than Rory Sabbatini could ever hope to win in his entire career. Rory needs to grow up and show a little class. His 15 minutes of fame will soon be over and we will all say good riddance…
