Natalie Gulbis – What’s all the fuss about?
After watching The Big Break IV tonight I saw a promo for the “Natalie Gulbis Show.” I thought what the hell, let’s watch it and see what all the fuss is about.
This show is one hour of a camera following Natalie around. She goes to the spa, she gets interviewed on a TV show, she plays some golf. Fine.
The most entertaining part of the episode without a doubt was a quote from Big Break III winner Daniel Aimee (remember the Barbie doll golfer?) during a practice round with Natalie. She was reaching into her shirt for something that fell in there and said “my implants are going to pop.” Classic.
…Ok, so I’ve seen Natalie play golf. She can certainly hit a golf ball. Turned pro in 2002, no wins. I’ve seen her swimsuit calendars, and for an LPGA player she is alright looking. She’s not Sports Illustrated Swimsuit caliber by any means though. And now I’ve watched a so-so at best reality TV show about her. One is enough for sure.
Am I the only one wondering what all the fuss is about?
Except that it’s a half hour.
It just SEEMS like it’s an hour long.
That’s what watching on a TIVO will do to you. I only saw when it ended…. Seems like longer than an hour.
