Historical day, Tiger misses a cut

Instamarv must be depressed tonight.

Today marks the day Tiger missed a cut after making 142 straight weekend appearances. I guess he’ll be spear fishing with his blonde model wife in his $20,000,000 yacht two days earlier this week. Rough times.

I bet Tiger won’t break this new record he has set. In fact, I bet he misses some more cuts this year.

It is pretty ironic that Tiger missed the cut at the Byron Nelson isn’t it? After all Byron Nelson is the one who held the previous record of straight cuts at 113. It is pretty safe to say Tiger (or any other pro golfer for that matter) will not even sniff a chance at winning 11 tournaments in a row. (Another Byron Nelson record).

At least now the golf media won’t be going crazy about how Tiger has made X number of cuts in a row. Though it is an impressive record, WINS are what it is all about. And before you comment, YES I know Tiger has a lot of wins too 🙂
